AD9531BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 88-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 88 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 3 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 400MHz. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER. Clock PLL works with 1.71V~3.465V supply voltage provided. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, HSTL, LVDS logic levels is presented here. It is a 88-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
