AD9528BCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 72-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 72 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS, HSTL, LVDS is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 3.465V. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HSTL, LVDS logic levels is presented here. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 72 bits. According to the base part number AD9528, its related parts can be found. The clock PLL has 72 pins that are available. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 14 signal outputs. When searching for parts belonging to the 952 family, similar electric components can be found. In PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits, this electronic frequency generator is used primarily as a clock component. At a frequency of 1.25GHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency. In order for it to fully perform time clock generator's functions, it needs a supply current of 71mA. This clock generator operation can supply up to 71mA of current.
