AD9522-2BCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.33GHz. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 3.135V~3.465V.
