AD9522-1BCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CMOS, LVDS logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component. In this IC, a 64-bit frequency generator is designed specifically for use in microprocessors. According to the base part number AD9522, its related parts can be found. By operating at a frequency of 2.65GHz, frequency generator is able to achieve high efficiency. It is possible to supply up to 100μA of current for this clock generator operation.
