AD9522-0BCPZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, LVDS logic levels.
