AD9517-4ABCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. The supply voltage of 3.3V allows for high efficiency. This clock generator receives its inputs from CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, which is designed to be the clock source. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 3.465V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
