AD9517-3ABCPZ-RL7 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 2.25GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.465V for this clock generator. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
