AD9517-3ABCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. This is a clock generator compatible with CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
