AD9516-3BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 64 terminations found in the file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An upper frequency limit of 2.95GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. There are 3.135V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. This is an electronic part that can be classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution in this case. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. AD9516 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. There are a number of 64 pins that are available on the clock generators. Time clock generator is capable of handling a voltage of 3.3V. The output frequency can be magnified as high as possible with the assistance of 14 signal outputs. At 0.675 ns Max, this analog clock generator exhibits low timing skew. On this time clock generator, there are 2 inputs.
