AD9516-1BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. 2.95GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. As long as there are 3.135V~3.465V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. This is a clock generator compatible with CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock Generator, Fanout Distribution component. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 64-bit output. This part number AD9516 is related to the following electrical components.
