ISPPAC-CLK5620V-01T100C Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. The 100-LQFP package contains this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 100 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 320MHz is available. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.6V of power. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. Clock generator ic works with 3V~3.6V. The ambient temperature should be set at 0°C~70°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
