ISPPAC-CLK5610AV-01T48C Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 48-LQFP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. This Clock PLL will be fed by HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL as its input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented.
