Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. As part of the 48-LQFP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 400MHz.
