As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 48-LQFP package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented.
