As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 48 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator receives its inputs from HCSL, HSTL, LVDS, LVPECL, MLVDS, SSTL, which is designed to be the clock source.
