ISPPAC-CLK5320S-01TN64I Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 64-LQFP package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. There is a Clock PLL called HSTL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, LVTTL, SSTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
