Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.This configuration includes 1 drivers.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET design.-55°C~150°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.The mount method is Surface Mount.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.Mosfet driver has been integrated wMosfet driverh a total of 1 outputs for Mosfet drivers basis.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are allowed as the minimum.35V is its maximum operating voltage.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.The supply voltage of this device is 10μA and it operates with that voltage.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 1 channels.
