The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package offers greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TA.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.You mount it with Surface Mount.As a result, it is configured with 8 pins when it is designed.In the maximum case, the output current can be 4A volts.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.4A is the maximum output current supported by the device.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.-40°C is the minimum permissible operating temperature.The maximum voltage for operation is 35V.This device is designed to operate with a voltage of 4.5V.The supply voltage is 10μA.
