Its 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.This configuration includes 1 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, Wettable Flank, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.IGBT is the gate type used for this design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.This program uses the input type of Inverting, Non-Inverting.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.Its interface IC is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.As long as the supply current stays below 0.58mA, the device will work properly.
