The 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package offers greater flexibility.Tube is the form of the package.Configuration is supported by 1 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~35V.IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.The device is mounted using Through Hole.When designing, the device is configured with 8 pins.As a maximum, there is 14A limit to the output current.In terms of its basis, there are 1 outputs integrated.125°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.Temperatures below -40°C are allowable as a minimum.This device operates at its maximum voltage of 35V.In order for the device to function, the supply voltage must be set to 4.5V.There are 1 channels configured for operation.
