For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package is used.A package of Tube has been used.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.When the supply voltage is 4.5V~35V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.Input type of Inverting is used.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.The pins are configured with 8 when designing the chip.Mosfet driver is possible to achieve a maximum output current of 4A.The basis of the model has 2 outputs integrated.The device is capable of delivering a current of 4A.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to set the operating temperature to 125°C.Minimum operating temperatures are allowed to be -40°C.The supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value for operation.In order for it to operate, the supply voltage of 4.5V must be maintained.The supply voltage of this device is 10μA and it operates with that voltage.Mosfet gate drivers is configured wMosfet gate driversh 2 channels for operation.
