There is greater flexibility with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is indicated.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~35V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET gate.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.Devices have 8 pins available.There is an output current limit of 2A for this device.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The allowable maximum value of operating temperature is 125°C.There is a minimum operating temperature of -40°C.During operation, the supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value.For operation, 4.5V is the minimum supply voltage.
