Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Non-Inverting.A boot strap voltage of 30V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
