Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 7.2V~13.5V demonstrates its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.It's configured with 8 terminations.There are various related parts under its base part number LTC4446.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.There are several useful electronic components in this subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.On the board, there are 8 component pins.A high-side voltage can be set up to 114V (Bootstrap).
