IR21834 Overview
Its 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted for higher flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tube.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.Through Hole is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10V~20V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~150°C TJ.The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is based on 14 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number IR21834.A supply voltage of 15V is required for operation.A boot strap voltage of 600V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
