Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.Tube is the form of the package.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~35V, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of IGBT, N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TA.A type of Inverting, Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Devices are mounted by Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is configured wMosfet driverh 8 pins when designing.As a maximum, there is 4A limit to the output current.For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.Mosfet gate drivers supports a current output of 4A.There is a maximum value of 125°C for the allowable operating temperature.Operating temperatures can be as low as -40°C.The supply voltage of 35V is its maximum value for operation.This device operates at 4.5V as the minimum supply voltage.A voltage of 10μA is used as the supply voltage.For operation, mosfet gate drivers has 2 channels.
