For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is used.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.By using 4.3V~6.8V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as its input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 5V.The board has 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 28V.
