For greater flexibility, the 16-TFSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.1 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.Using a 3.5V~15V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There are various related parts under its base part number LTC7003.At the time of design, it is configured with 16 pins.The board contains 16 pins for component connections.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 60V.
