In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used.Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.Gate drivers is able to show Gate driverss superiorGate driversy on the basis of a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.It's configured with 8 terminations.Mosfet driver contains a variety of related parts under Mosfet drivers base part number MCP14628.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.In the device, there are 8 pins.A voltage of 5V is required for its operation.Mosfet driver utilizes the interface IC BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 2A.Mosfet driver includes a number of useful electronic components in Mosfet drivers subcategory of MOSFET Drivers.The board has a total of 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.Based on its power supplies of 5V, it solves the problem of power supply failure for a variety of applications.As a rule of thumb, the operating supply voltage should be set to 5V.
