A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-VDFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tube.Configuration is based on 1 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 7V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.The gate type on this device is N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C~150°C TJ.This program uses the input type of Inverting.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number TC429.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.Based on its basis, it integrates 1 outputs.85°C is the maximum acceptable operating temperature.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a minimum temperature of -40°C.To increase stability, keep the supply current at 5mA.During operation, the supply voltage of 18V is its maximum value.In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 7V must be applied.
