EP4CE10E22C8N Overview
As part of the 144-LQFP Exposed Pad package, it is included. There are FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY transistors in this type of FPGA. A total of 91 I/Os allow data to be transferred in a more coherent manner. A fundamental building block is made up of 10320 logic elements/cells. In order to operate fpga chips, a voltage supply of 1.2V volts is required. Part of the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Powered by a 1.15V~1.25V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. It is a type of FPGA belonging to the Cyclone? IV E seies. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. This device is equipped with 91 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tray. In total, there are a total of 144 terminations on fpga chips. Fpga chips is important to note that this device has a RAM capacFpga chipsy of 423936 bFpga chipss.
