There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 144-LQFP Exposed Pad package and X package. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. The I/Os are designed to facilitate a more coherent transfer of data. In order to construct a fundamental building block, 8000 logic elements/cells are required. FPGA modules can be attached to development boards using a Surface Mount-connector. With a supply voltage of 2.85V~3.465V, this device operates with ease. It is a type of FPGA that belongs to the MAX? 10 series of FPGAs. While operating, the operating temperature should be kept within a range of 0°C~85°C TJ. As a result of space limitations, this FPGA model has been included in Tray. In total, it has a total of 144 terminations. There are 387072 RAM bits that are available with this device. 500 LABs/CLBs are configured on this FPGA.
