ZTX455 Overview
This device has a DC current gain of 100 @ 150mA 10V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 700mV.A VCE saturation (Max) of 700mV @ 15mA, 150mA means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).Single BJT transistor is essential to maintain the continuous collector voltage at 1A to achieve high efficiency.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V can result in a high level of efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (1A).A transition frequency of 100MHz is present in the part.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
