As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 150mA 10V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 350mV allows maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 350mV @ 15mA, 150mA.For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at 1A.With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (1A).150MHz is present in the transition frequency.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
