TPS62000DGSR Overview
As a result of the use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 10 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of 750kHz. Input voltage 2.5V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. A regulator with this 260 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. As a result of DC DC switching regulator's design, it is designed to provide an input voltage of 3.6V for the purposes of operation. In terms of category, this voltage regulator 12v falls into the Switching Regulator or Controllers category. The TPS62000 family of DC/DC regulators includes this DC/DC regulator. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 5.5V volts. For switching regulator operation, 10 pins are used. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 900mV. A 600mA A maximum output current is required to meet the switching regulator operation requirements. The maximum voltage of voltage regulator 12v DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5V, which is the highest available. DC-DC switching regulator with supply voltage 5.5V. Despite external influences, voltage regulator consumes 50μA A of quiescent current. By adding the PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE IS ALSO POSSIBLE feature, this harley voltage regulator is more efficient and stable.
