Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 12 terminations. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. As you can see, this DC DC switching regulator generates Programmable output on its output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is Up to 2.5MHz. Input voltage 3.3V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 300mA. Voltage regulator has an input voltage (Max) of 10V. To meet the switching regulator operation requirements, a nominal input voltage of 6V is provided. DC/DC regulators such as this one belong to the TPS627451 family of products. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to 1.3V volts. The switching regulator operation is carried out by 12 pins. In order to use this voltage regulator 12v at its full potential, the output voltage should be kept at at least 1.3V. The maximum output voltage of this regulator voltage is 2.8V.
