LM5165YDRCR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. A SWITCHING REGULATOR type of analog IC is equipped with this regulator voltage, which is the type of analog IC that is used in it. There is a 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. -40°C~150°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches Up to 600kHz. Regulator 3V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 3V. DC DC switching regulator's 150mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 65V. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. As a member of the LM5165 family of DC/DC regulators, this is a DC/DC regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage is maintain at 3.3V. There are 10 pins that are used for the operation of the voltage regulator 12v. As a general rule, this voltage regulator 12v should keep its output voltage at least at 3.3V. In the Automotive, AEC-Q100 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications. Without external influences, harley voltage regulator consumes 10μAA of quiescent current. This switching regulator is more efficient and stable due to the ALSO OPERATES IN PFM CONTROL TECHNIQUE feature.
