For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 6.8V~8.8V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration starts with 8 terminations.You will find various related parts under the base part number TPS28226.Mosfet driver is mounted using Surface Mount.There are 8 pins available in the device.In order to operate, a voltage of 7.2V has to be applied.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.An output current as high as 4A can be achieved at maximum power.This subcategory of MOSFET Drivers has a number of useful electronic components.The board contains 8 pins for component connections.There can be a voltage up to 33V on the high-side (Bootstrap).For its basis, there are 2 outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 6A.Considering its maximum power dissipation, 1.25W shows its maximum capacity to transfer and conduct power loss without overheating.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating voltage of the supply be set at 7.2V.The frequency of 2MHz can improve efficiency.
