For greater flexibility, the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the packaging method.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 3.5V~14V supply voltage.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.The base part number LM5111 refers to a number of related parts.Surface Mount is the way it takes to mount the device.In the device, there are 8 pins.Mosfet driver is specifically designed to opeate wMosfet driverh a supply voltage of 12V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER is being employed.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 5A.The basis of this system consists of 2 outputs.This device supports a current output of 5A at the output.As a precaution, make sure the supply current is kept at 2mA.A voltage of 2mA is used as the supply voltage.
