A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.A supply voltage of 5.5V~16V demonstrates its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.There is a temperature range for this device of -40°C~125°C.The input type is Non-Inverting.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.There are various parts that can be found under its base part number UCC27282.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 120V.
