This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The harley voltage regulator is available as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package to save space. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~150°C TJ. 280kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 1.276V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 1.5A Switch output current of voltage regulator. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 30V.
