As a result of the use of the Tube package, the performance of this voltage regulator is optimized. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~125°C TJ. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 4.5V as an input voltage. Featuring a 500mA output current, dc to dc voltage regulator offers maximum design flexibility. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible.
