Using the Tube package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Through Hole bracket. 0°C~70°C TA should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 100Hz~100kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 3V.
