It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In this voltage regulator, there are a total of 40 terminations. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on this voltage regulator 12v. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~85°C TA when operating. 500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. Regulator 4.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 4.5V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.6V volts.
