For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 5 terminations in this harley voltage regulator. This regulator voltage is equipped with a type of analog integrated circuit that is called a SWITCHING REGULATOR voltage regulator. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 0.9V volts. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. An input voltage of 3.6V is required for switching regulator operation. I would like to point out that this voltage regulator belongs to the Switching Regulator or Controllers subcategory. In the particular voltage regulators, the NCP1521 family is represented. Voltage of voltage regulator can be delivered at 3.9V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, 5 pins are required.
