For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. A SWITCHED CAPACITOR CONVERTER analog IC is used in this voltage regulator 12v, which is the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 Thin, TSOT-23-6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. A Surface Mount mounting is required for this switching regulator. The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA when the voltage regulator 12v is in operation. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 35kHz. Input voltage 1.15V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators.
