A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 28-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.6 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 8V~100V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 120V.An analog IC BRUSHLESS DC MOTOR CONTROLLER is used in this device.
