The 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.Cut Tape (CT) represents the package.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.Using a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, gate drivers is capable of demonstrating Gate driverss superiorGate driversy.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The device is mounted with Surface Mount.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 2.5A.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 100V.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.-40°C is the minimum operating temperature.
