In order to increase flexibility, the package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad is used.Tube represents the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.Gate drivers can demonstrate Gate driverss superiorGate driversy wGate driversh a 9V~16V supply voltage.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~140°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.In this case, Surface Mount indicates how the device is to be mounted.There is a maximum output current of 2.5A.The number of component pins is 8.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 100V.Mosfet gate drivers is recommended that the operating supply voltage be set to 16V.
