Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.Cut Tape (CT) represents the packaging method.Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 1 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.By using 10V~20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This device is designed with a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate type.Temperature range -55°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.The configuration starts with 8 terminations.Numerous related parts can be found under its base part number IRS21851SPBF.Mosfet driver is mounted using the Surface Mount method.A total of 8 pins are available on the device.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 15V.As its interface IC, BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.In the maximum case, the output current can be limited to 4A.High-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be as low as 600V.The output current supported by the device is 4A.Based on the maximum power dissipation of 1.25W, it is clear that it is capable of transferring and conducting power losses without becoming overheated.If you want a stable supply current, you should keep it at 240μA.
